Master Composter Training

ACUA and the Rutgers New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station present this composting class to local residents. Participants learn how composting helps reduce waste and can be used as a great soil amendment for your garden and plants. Participants also receive a firsthand look at how waste is handled in Atlantic County by touring ACUA's Environmental Park and learning how ACUA's composting site turns yard waste into EcoSoil.

A variety of presenters provide information to build student’s knowledge on composting basics, soils and even worm composting.
